Susan has been working in real estate since settling with her family in the Eagle area over a decade ago.  The field of real estate development, sales, and leasing has been a strong match for Susan’s business head and people skills.  On the business side, Susan utilizes advanced analytical skills and market knowledge to help clients make informed real estate investing decisions.  On the people side, Susan applies her background in sales and marketing to match buyers and sellers of properties.  As the co-owner of Heartland Construction for over 25 years, Susan brings her knowledge of construction practices and design to her practice of real estate brokerage.  Susan is currently completing rigourous coursework to obtain designation as a Certified Commercial Investment Member.
