As the designated broker for The Heartland Group, George oversees all aspects of the brokerage and operations.  His extensive background in real estate, development, and construction give George the expertise needed to provide his clients with the guidance and knowledge to make informed investing decisions.  George specializes in investment, income, and development properties.  George's experienced outlook is obtained from over 30 years in the industry, with the past 25 years spent as the owner and operator of Heartland Construction, a full service commercial contracting and development company.  George has also spent the past decade practicing real estate brokerage in Idaho, and has continually provided clients with exceptional results in sales, leasing, procurements, exchanges, and analytical consulting.
