Brian's expertise lies in retail investment and owner/tenant representation as it relates to retail locations.  As the owner of Valley Commercial Property Management, Brian has over 200,000 square feet of office, retail, and industrial real estate under management.  Prior to moving to the Treasure Valley several years ago, Brian spent 18 years honing his retail skills with Enterprise Rental A Car as General Manager of the Ontario Canada division.  During his career with Enterprise, Brian was involved in opening over 70 new locations throughout the United States and Canada.  Brian brings his extensive customer-focused  background to his commercial real estate clients.
