Brad Barrick has resided in the Treasure Valley for over 20 years and has gained an understanding of the real estate market that can only be gained through time and experience.  As a small business owner and licensed realtor since 2001, Brad has focused his career on investment property and industrial leasing.  Prior to real estate, Brad's career was built in the wholesale lending industry, with an emphasis on loan structuring.  Brad has built a niche in real estate buying properties at auction and re-habilitating the properties for the market.
